Education Support Strategic Roadmap (PDF 118Kb)Status : Draft This document provides a roadmap to deliver the future support environment for Education at Monash University. The roadmap reviews needs over a five year time frame, with specific milestones, investment and outcomes over the next three years (2008-2010). It incorporates pedagogical, Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and other services that together provide an enriched environment in support of Education. An investment programme of $13.4 million over three years will provide improved support for the following activities:
The roadmap provides a consolidated direction for strategic planning across CALT, ITS, the Library, Facilities and Services and other support areas in implementing an improved educational environment as expressed in the Educational Technology Framework. The framework itself draws on the university’s Education and International Plans; the strategic directions outlined in Excellence and Diversity and Monash 2025; and Faculty strategic plans to describe the university’s preferred approach. |
