![]() ProfileI joined CALT as Administrative Assistant in October 2007 after working for almost two months as a temp. I currently hold the position of Programs and Awards Officer, and I am respnosible for the administration of the Graduate Certificate in Higher Education (GCHE), the Promoting Excellence Initiative (PEI) Project, and the Vice-Chancellor’s (VC) Teaching Award. Within my portfolios, I am responsible for not only the administration but also the promotion and communication of our programs and projects. This includes regular updates on all sections relating to the items I am responsible of. Prior to working for Monash, I worked for an AusAID scholarship project office in Jakarta as Promotions Coordinator. I also have several years of experience in sales-marketing in the IT industry and I was working as a lecturer assistant in the Business and Economics faculty of a university in Jakarta from 1999-2000. I am very interested in cross-cultural communication, social issues, English language, information technology, and office administration. Apart from my formal qualification, I am also a translator in Indonesian with NAATI (National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters) accreditation. My next goal is to get a NAATI accreditation in translation into English and interpreting. ProjectsI held a major role in planning the day to day actions, administration and the coordination of ALTC Awards, GCHE and (soon) the VC-Awards. I developed some posters, brochures and flyers as means of communicating and promoting our programs and projects to wider Monash Community. With CALT, I assisted the Senior Administrative Officer organising the Vice-Chancellor's Showcase 2007 and 2008.
