Work Experience

Having been with Monash University since 2001, Glenda is now in the role of MUSO Support Team Leader. Her role includes tasks such as answering queries for Blackboard and MUSO, liaising with relevant CALT staff including the academic development team, educational designers and MDU staff to check unit sites for usability, developing new policies and procedures, overseeing the maintenance and creation of web pages, develop and run MUSO training sessions for staff and students and managing budgets.

Glenda's previous roles with Monash University include Assistant Lecturer and Tutor for the Faculty of Information Technology, Online Support Officer, MUSO Support Officer and MUSO Upgrade Test Analyst.

Glenda's other interests include the latest in innovative technology, taekwondo, boxing, kick boxing, tennis, gym, travelling and dancing.
