![]() ProfileLucy commenced with Monash University in1994 as an administrative officer in Student Services, then moved to the Office of the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academic Projects). In 1997 Lucy moved to the Centre for Higher Education Development, where she has remained through the various name changes. Her current position is Finance Officer, providing financial and budgetary support to the Director and Deputy Director, and advice to CALT staff based on university guidelines and policies. Lucy's professional experience has included receiving a Caroline Chisholm Travel Grant (1998), visiting a number of Australian and United Kingdom universities and their academic development units, Secretary to the "Flexible Learning and Technology Conference" Committee (1998) and Events Manager for "Exploring Education Technologies Conference (2003). Lucy's interests include higher education management, administration and policies. She is secretary to the Bass region of the Association for Tertiary Education Management Inc (ATEM) and has been on several regional ATEM conference organising committees, including the Tertiary Education Management Conference 2010, to be held in Melbourne, and has been involved in coordinating a number of professional development workshops. She also has an interest in mental health, and has recently completed and been recognised as a Mental Health First Aid Officer.
