A number of very talented and diligent people worked on this project over a period of just under two years. Some worked for extensive periods of time and others, with highly specialised skills were utilised as required. The following list identifies the main contributors and describes the key area of their input.

Joy Whitton also played a major role in the latter phase of the project providing literature refinement, editing and writing expertise.

Kara Gilbert was a major contributor in two of the response teams and took the lead in preparing the report which informed Case Study Four.

Dr Elizabeth Santhanam worked on a number of the response teams and contributed significantly to the report which was the source material for Case Study Three.

Chris Wayland provided valuable external input and guidance and significantly helped with the development of the final version of the ELF.
