Strategy, direction and operational plan
The work of CALT focuses on enhancing the student experience by improving the quality of learning and teaching and
draws on the Monash Academic Plan and performance measures and student evaluation data to establish goals and priorities.
The direction and priorities of the Centre also reflect the changing external influences on higher education, such as the
Learning and Teaching Performance Fund and The Carrick Institute for Learning and Teaching in Higher Education.
