Research
CALT aims to engage in and promote research-lead teaching and learning.
Staff within the Centre for the Advancement of Learning and Teaching
(CALT) primarily engage in collaborative research which supports the main work of the Centre. Priority is given to research which demonstrates and documents how CALT is:
- providing leadership and strategic input and advice to the University with respect to learning and teaching,
- supporting improvement in key areas of learning and teaching identified through university monitoring and review processes and,
- preparing staff for their teaching role at Monash as a research-intensive, international university, and support their professional development as teachers.
